Being based in Coventry and providing Mortgage services we were keen to look at the average price paid for a house in Coventry. According to Zoopla “The average price for property in Coventry stood at £196,623 in November 2017. This is a fall of 0.77% in the last three months (since August 2017) and rise of 1.61% since 12 months ago. In terms of property types, flats in Coventry sold for an average of £130,474 and terraced houses for £152,810.
