According to the Coventry Telegraph if you are thinking of retiring in your sixties, you will need savings in excess of £300,000 - according to new research.
That's if you want to enjoy the same standard of living as while you are working. The findings from Aegon assumed that people on an average annual salary of around £27,000 should be targeting an income equivalent to two-thirds (67 per cent) of their working age income - £18,000 a year or £1,500 a month. Read the full article here.
