The Value of Financial Advice across the population
At Cotswold Independent Financial Services, we are confident in the value of Financial Advice as we see the peace of mind and financial gains made by our clients in their journey working with us. Therefore, it is always reassuring to see this supported by financial analysis.
Royal London produced a report which demonstrates the very real value of financial advice for the consumer. There is a perception that professional financial advice is only for the wealthy and their research showed more people benefit from financial advice. By providing protection products, mortgages, wills and power of attorney Cotswold I work with a wider and more diverse client base than some financial advisers who only seek a relationship with wealth individuals.
Royal London’s research focused on two distinct groups. Their research shows “The “affluent but advised” group accumulated on average £12,363 (or 17%) more in liquid financial assets than the equivalent non-advised group, and £30,882 (or 16%) more in pension wealth.”
