According to the Coventry Telegraph a consequence of a growing local economy is increasing house prices. "That growth is forecast to continue, with Coventry’s economy set to outperform many other parts of the West Midlands during the next decade, according to Experian. Coventry’s gross added value is set to climb 17 per cent by 2028."
