What was your first job?
When I was 16 I worked as a kitchen assistant at my local pub. My first full- time role was as a trainee manager at a paint factory in Birmingham.

As a child what did you want to be when you grew up?
Either a policeman and radio DJ, not sure why for either.

Have long have you been at Cotswold?
As of 18th December 6 months and loving every minute.

What do you like doing outside of work?
Spending time with my family and running

What’s your proudest achievement?
Our two boys, James and Harry. Nothing will top completing our little family.

What is your best quality
I wouldn’t say I’m brilliant at anything but would say whatever I do I give it my all and quite determined to achieve what I set out at.

Do you have any unfulfilled ambitions, if so what are they?
On a professional level- Chartered Status. On a personal level I have a couple of running ambitions and maybe the Three Peaks in 24-hours.
