The Telegraph reports: “A long-running study by thinktank the International Longevity Centre found less than 17 %  of people saw an adviser between 2012 and 2014 and savers are missing out as a result, particularly in retirement and as a result many run the risk of outliving their retirement savings.

Its study, The Value of Financial Advice, published in July 2017, found those who took financial advice between 2001 and 2007 had significantly higher savings by 2012-2014 than those who did not.” Read more
